Mobile, AL, May 26, 2009 - The accounting and consulting firms of Wilkins Miller, P.C., and Hieronymus, Gaillard & Jones, LLC, have announced plans to combine their firms effective July 1, 2009.  The new firm will operate under the name Wilkins Miller Hieronymus, LLC.

"The experience, culture and philosophies of both firms will provide an increased level of expertise and service for our clients.  This combination will also offer a higher degree of specialization in the areas of audit, tax and business consulting, as well as other niche areas," said W. Allen Carroll, Jr., who will serve as Managing Partner of the new firm.

"The new firm will be the largest accounting and consulting firm in the Mobile Bay Region with offices in Mobile and Fairhope and will have over sixty-five employees," said L.
